All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable)
Full payment is required at the time of purchase
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. 🎨 Custom Orders
For custom-designed cookies:
- Designs are created based on your brief and our style
- Minor variations in colour, design, and finish are part of the handmade process
- Exact replicas of inspiration images are not guaranteed
By ordering, you agree to trust our creative interpretation.
4. 📦 Production & Dispatch
Standard production time is 4-8 business days unless otherwise stated
During peak periods, timelines may be extended
Dispatch dates are estimates and not guaranteed
5. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery
We use third-party courier services for delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only
- We are not responsible for courier delays
- Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for incorrect addresses.
6. 🍪 Product Disclaimer
All products are:
- Handmade and may contain slight imperfections
- Fragile and may be subject to minor cosmetic damage during transit
These do not constitute faults and are not eligible for refunds.
7. 🌡️ Storage & Care
Our cookies should be stored:
- In a cool, dry place; do not store in a fridge
- Away from direct sunlight and heat
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage or environmental conditions after delivery.

While care is taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
9. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products:
- Change-of-mind refunds are not provided
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
However, nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. ⚖️ Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:
- Is faulty - Is not as described - Is not of acceptable quality If you believe your order meets these criteria, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (including photos).
11. 📸 Marketing & Photography
We reserve the right to photograph and use images of our products for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
12. 🧾 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss - Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased
